The Torch Bearer Reiki Training is a 6-week immersive experience designed to awaken your inner healer and deepen your connection to universal energy. Whether you’re new to energy work or ready to expand your existing practice, this course guides you through the full Usui Reiki lineage (Levels I–III), with a modern and integrative twist.
You’ll not only learn the traditional foundations of Reiki but also how to weave it into your unique spiritual and creative gifts—through crystals, somatic awareness, art, candles, and tarot.
 
Each week blends intuitive exploration, hands-on learning, and sacred discussion within a small, supportive group of like-hearted Torch Bearers.

Week 1: Introductions + Reiki Level I (Foundations & Energy Awareness)
Week 2: Completing Level I (Self-Healing & Daily Practice)
Week 3: Reiki Level II (Symbols, Distance Healing & Energy Ethics)
Week 4: Completing Level II (Energy Boundaries & Practitioner Practice)
Week 5: Reiki Level III (Master Energy, Empowerment, & Higher Self Connection)
Week 6: Completing Level III (Integration, Advanced Techniques & Purpose Work)
 
Reiki Attunement Ceremony- can be done individually to align with your schedule best. Will be discussed further in class

Full certification in Usui Reiki Levels I–III
A guided workbook and weekly “homework” rooted in teachings from Lisa Powers, plus my own Torch Bearer methods
